Collection of information: Story-Time uses information provided by users of this site for the purpose for which the user subscribes. We may, however, use user-provided information to assist us with statistical information for the purpose of providing better customer service.

Security: Forms used on this site are sent via a SSL secure socket, which meants that private information and orders cannot be read by any third party.
Use of customer information:Story-Time does not pass on customer information to third parties without permission. The only time information may be provided without request, is for the purpose of providing the customer with the service, or products requested.

Credit: First orders are strictly Pro-Forma (prepayment). Credit may be arranged by completing an approved application form which offers credit for 30 days from date of invoice. Credit is withdrawn if the credit terms are exceeded.
Payment: At this stage we do not take online payments. This has been a deliberate choice on our part. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card, or direct deposit. Our direct deposit details are :
BSB: 032-379Account 137808Minimum Orders: The minimum order is $150. This helps to keep the cost of freight economical for you.
Cost of freight: Freight is charged at cost. There is a small handling fee included. We try to use the most economical and efficient service to you. Currently our freight providers within Australia are Startrack and Fastway.
Back Orders: Sometimes stock is not immediately available. These items will not be charged to you but will appear on your invoice as a Back Order. Back Orders are generally only sent after consultation with the customer. Cost of freight may be charged on some back orders.
Returns: If you are unhappy with the product because the product is faulty, please let us know and we will arrange a return. Returns must be advised within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
